We are committed to protecting your confidential information. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these Terms & Conditions.
Fable Digital Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fable Digital Media, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction of Ahmedabad. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Jurisdiction of Ahmedabad.
